Avocados are Beneficial to our Bodies.

Most people avoid avocados as they say that they contain a lot of fats and calories yet they don’t know that this fruit is one which can lower cholesterol in your body. Avocados contain an acid known as oleic acid which helps reduce cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is one of the risk in this generation because we all want to eat junk foods and fatty foods such as chips and bhajias which lead to heart diseases. When you at least eat an avocado, the oleic acid and its folate content help keep your heart healthy.

Did you know? For the expectant mothers, avocados can protect your unborn baby and your heart as well. A vitamin by the name folate will help reduce the risk of birth defects.
High consumption of avocados can also protect against eye diseases. This is because they contain lutein a carotenoid that works as an antioxidant.

Feeling hungry? Just eat an avocado or a half avocado. Why? It contains fibre which helps your body keep the digestive system running smoothly and the soluble fibre slows the breakdown of carbohydrates in your body helping you feel full for longer.

Avocados are very healthy and sweet  and they boost the flavor and texture of your meals.
For the ladies who have dry hair, you need to try out this. Smear some mashed up avocados on your hands and rub it all round your head that is the hair and the scalp and leave it for around fifteen minutes before shampooing and believe you me, your hair will be as smooth as a baby’s bottom.

Avocado is an amazing treatment that helps reduce wrinkles. Not only you can apply mashed avocados flesh to your skin but also when you eat it, it will help fight aging process from within. I know that everyone wants to keep their youthful good looks for as long as possible and eating avocados can help. The antioxidants in the fruit will help to detoxify your body and help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
